[Characteristics]
A specially developed, the tape used for CRT implosion protection. The heated
shrinkage band
is then applied over the tape layer and, as the polyester(polyethylene)
film backing melts, the tape and band become permanently fused and this
help to reduce the risk of injury by glass shards
in the event of tube implosion.
